I declare that entries made by me in this application form are true in all respects and in any case, any entry or information is found to be false, this shall entail automatic cancellation of my admission form.

I am taking admission to the college provisionally at my own risk and responsibility subject to the confirmation of my admission by the university. If, at any stage, i am declared ineligible and my admission is cancelled by the university ab initio, i will abide by the orders of the university and forego every right to claim for it.

I shall abide by the rules of discipline and proper conduct, which may be framed in this regard.

I am fully aware of the law regarding ragging as well as the punishment and that if found guilty on this account, i am liable to be punished appropriately.
